By browsing this site or placing an order with Dhalavarai Nature & Tradition, you agree to the terms below. This is a small, homemade-goods business — these terms are written to be plain and specific to how we actually sell: through a product list on this site and an order confirmed over WhatsApp, not an automated checkout.

1. About us

Dhalavarai Nature & Tradition sources and sells natural, homemade products — wild honey, coffee powder, sundry chips, and jams — made by hill communities in Tamil Nadu. We are not a large-scale factory operation; products are prepared in small batches.

2. Our products

• All products (honey, coffee, beetroot chips, potato chips, orange marmalade, rhubarb jam, and others listed on the site) are homemade and prepared in small batches, so minor natural variation in colour, texture, or taste between batches is normal and not a defect.
• Weight, ingredients, and "best before" details are as shown on each product's packaging label — please check the label on arrival.
• Product photos on this site are representative; actual packaging design may vary slightly over time.

3. Pricing

• Prices shown on this site (including the Products, Shop, and Price List sections) are indicative and may change without prior notice.
• The final price for your order — including any delivery charge — is confirmed with you directly over WhatsApp before the order is finalised.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).

4. How ordering works

This site does not process orders automatically. Instead:

• You add the products and quantities you'd like to your cart.
• You enter your name and phone number so we know who the order is from.
• Tapping "Order on WhatsApp" opens a pre-filled message with your details and order summary, which you then send to us on WhatsApp.
• Your order is only confirmed once we reply on WhatsApp and agree the final items, price, and delivery details with you.

Until that WhatsApp confirmation happens, no order or payment obligation exists on either side.

5. Payment

This site does not collect any payment or card details online. Payment method (such as UPI or cash on delivery) is arranged directly with us over WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.

6. Delivery

• Delivery areas, timelines, and any delivery charges are confirmed with you over WhatsApp based on your location.
• Since products are homemade and prepared in small batches, dispatch times may vary depending on availability — we'll let you know if a product is out of stock.

7. Cancellations & returns

• You may cancel or change an order by messaging us on WhatsApp before it has been packed or dispatched.
• As these are homemade food items, we can only accept returns or replacements for products that arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, so we can help.
• We are unable to accept returns for opened food items due to hygiene and safety reasons, except where the product itself is faulty.

8. Allergen notice

Our range includes raw honey and products prepared in a home kitchen environment that also handles nuts, dairy, and other common allergens. If you have a food allergy or medical condition, please check the product label and ask us on WhatsApp before ordering, and consult a doctor if you're ever unsure.

9. Limitation of liability

We take care in how our products are prepared and packaged, but as with any natural, homemade food product, we cannot guarantee it will suit every individual's taste or dietary needs. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

10. Intellectual property

The Dhalavarai Nature & Tradition name, logo, product photography, and the content of this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our products or process change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
